A young friend of the family, SA, came over to the house and took the opportunity to discuss with me about studies, relationship and responsibilities to the family ... SA is pursuing diploma business studies and is in the final year .. SA sought for some advice about serious relationship as SA found it difficult to cope up with a special friend called HA ...
Being youngster, I guess that HA wants attention from SA and likewise SA wants attention from HA too ... that ... I guess ... is the way youngsters go about building up a relationship ... to the extend of disturbing the daily life of SA ... and at times caused SA to ignore calls and sms and YMs etc etc which resulted in a heated argument between them.
Since both of them are concern for each other but both of them failed to understand that their focus to get more and more attention from each other is getting into the veins and distracting their daily chores and most of all, SA's studies ... I suspect that they don't have that much trust for each other
.... and I told both of them to lessen control over each other (the malay word is mengongkong and dikongkongi) and build up the trust needed between them so that they will be confident enough that whatever either one of them is doing, it will not be a betrayal to the partner, otherwise, the relationship should end.
